Please check who is specified as the manufacturer in the properties of the adapter. To do this, go to the Bluetooth adapter entry in the device manager and right-click on the entry Realtek, download the driver from the following link (Realtek RTL8723 Bluetooth Software) and install it. Alternatively, you can search for the Realtek RTL8723 and download it. After a restart, Windows will automatically install all other services and drivers and you can search for Bluetooth devices in the area via "Devices and Printers". Please note that after pairing the devices, Windows may have to install additional drivers for the devices and these devices will only be available after a few minutes.
